Go Global 2008Go Global World Music Award 2008

Moussa Diallo was in May awarded with the national music prize Go Global. In the motivation the jury wrote "during his travels in Mali the price winner has recorded traditional music and combined his two ethnical backgrounds in a very dynamical world music expression." You can see for yourself when Moussa Diallos performs at 14 concerts in Jutland during the festival Go Global Nord. Check out the tour dates to see when and where. The tour will start when Moussa Diallo's band opens for Angelique Kidjo in Hjørring on August 30. Ken Gudman award 2006

Moussa Diallo was honored the Ken Gudman Award. The award is given to a Danish musician who has made special contribution to the Danish music scene. Ken Gudman stands for personality, musicianship and integrity. The award was presented at a big show in Amager Bio, with special performances by Annisette, Anne Linnets Marquis de Sade, Bassekou Kouyaté, Mikkel Nordsø, Klaus Menzer, Basiru Suso, Ayi Solomon, Dawda Jobarteh, Palle Mikkelborg and many more.
